There's no shortage of inspiration! Having moved from our La Doutre establishment, we are now located on Place Molière - with a new restaurant in which we hope to continue encouraging exchanges. For cooks like us, the creation of a dish, all the thought that goes into its composition and the complexity of its preparation only make sense if it delights the guests that come to discover it.
