The Musée Pincé exhibition presents a selection of ancient and non-European works and objects from this donation, in keeping with the museum's identity and, in particular, the history of collections and collecting.
The most important ensembles - Greek ceramics and Roman glassware - will be highlighted, and the objects will be presented in such a way as to highlight the aspects of these ancient societies that the collector appreciated.

In order to offer the widest possible overview of this donation, the exhibition will also be on display in the Musée des Beaux-Arts, in the graphic arts cabinet, with a selection of works and objects relating to Anjou history, archaeology and iconography.

These two exhibition spaces will highlight the very history of the Léveilley collection, by evoking the prestigious earlier collections from which some of the objects came, first and foremost the collection of Angevin industrialist Julien Bessonneau.
