Applying the same high standards across the board, Domaine FL uses this single variety to produce dry, sweet and lusciously sweet wines, with the appellations of Savennières, Savennières-Roches-aux-Moines, Coteaux du Layon, Quarts de Chaume and Anjou Blanc. Cabernet Franc, another typical local variety is also grown for the production of a very nice Anjou-Villages red.
