Domaine des Hauts Perrays

Resulting from an association between Gabin and Stéphane, two friends from Burgundy, the Domaine des Hauts Perrays is located in the hills of Chaudefonds-sur-Layon, in the heart of Anjou Noir. The estate is managed with respect for nature and with passion and precision in their care for the vines and wine.
Our 16 hectare plot, spread out over different schist terroirs, is comprised of Chenin, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Pineau d’Aunis and Gamay. It's the perfect playground for creating an authentic wine palette: dry and sweet whites, reds, rosés and Cremant de Loire.
In the cellar our goal is to allow the wines to best express the multitude of terroirs and their grape variety. The wine also takes on the "winemaker's stamp", and our work gives our wines characteristics which we love: fruity, fresh, delicacy and complexity.
