Montreuil-Juigné - no ordinary 'village in the countryside'

Located 12 kms north-west of Angers and bordered by the river Mayenne, this pretty riverside village has a rich and natural heritage. Part of the Basses Vallées Angevines, it has a Natura 2000 classification giving it both recognised and protected status as one of the most beautiful natural wetlands in Europe.
