Saint Sylvain d’Anjou Golf Course

Enjoy a moment of escape and fun within 20 hectares (49 acres) of natural surroundings.
This nine-hole par-35 course (2,500 metres) is ideal for those new to golf but still offers challenges for the better golfer.
The course is ideally located on the outskirts of Angers and can be completed in under an hour and 30 minutes.
It was jointly designed by Stuart Hallet of the Hallet Golf Design company and the golf professional Nicolas Mourlon (part of the Alps Tour and Challenge Tour from 2006 to 2012), who founded the course.
The course is accessible for beginners but still offers some challenges for more experienced golfers.
The club house with its friendly and sporting atmosphere is open to all.
The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday, serving food prepared by chef Eddy Grimault, whose motto is: “fresh, local and home-made!”
The golf course also strives to be environmentally friendly by complying with the standards of the French golfing federation to reduce its environmental impact, particularly in terms of use of water and phytosanitary products.
In St. Sylvain d’Anjou, all the greens are artificial! They therefore require no water or chemicals and ensure good quality playing conditions thanks to the help of Southwestgreen, a specialist in this type of material with unparalleled experience, in particular in the US.
