Boule de fort is a traditional bowls game which is part of Anjou's intangible cultural heritage. It developed among men's societies in the late 19th century after originating in the Maine-et-Loire area.

The game is played with boules de fort - unevenly balanced wooden or plastic bowls encircled by a metal ring - which are rolled along a concave track. Our society La Bonne Alliance was founded in 1868 in La Pointe-Bouchemaine. The game originated around Le Guédéniau (Maine-et-Loire). In 2017, we decided to open our society up to the public to promote this little known cultural heritage.

Discovery sessions available seven days a week, all year-round, by reservation only. Groups of four people minimum up to 50 people, from age 8.
Discounts apply for 10 persons and more.
