Occupying a 7-acre site, it is located in the Parc Naturel Regional Loire-Anjou-Tourraine and is close to many of the great vineyards and châteaux of the Loire.
This high quality site has plenty to offer for all the family, with a paddling pool for the youngsters, a heated swimming pool, a snack bar for a quick bite between having fun, a Kid’s club so that Mum and Dad can have some quiet time and much more to keep everyone happy.
A day out doesn’t need to take you far; you can stroll along the banks of the river and have a picnic; maybe do some fishing or hire bike and explore a little further. A short car ride away you’ll find a range of heritage and tourist sites including châteaux and castles, museums, famous vineyards and more.
The local village is only 300 metres walk, and if you want to do some serious shopping (a Mum’s day out) then Angers is only 12kms away with its ‘park & ride’ bus and tram service.
During the season, there’s a market every Wednesday in July and August, and for those who just can’t resist having a pizza…well, the pizza man will be on site every Saturday, preparing pizza and the local favourite: fouées (a parcel of pizza dough filled with shredded pork or vegetables).
