The town centre and the hospital are 10 minutes away on foot. It is only 500m away from fast roads to reach quickly your destination (the Parc Expo, main roads). The famous Puy du Fou is less than an hour away by car.
On ground floor, it has an independent and bright entrance. A hall leads to the living room with a top of the range bed settee. The television is projected on the wall. Free Internet access and Wifi.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave, a traditional oven, an electric coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
There are 2 13m2 bedrooms. One has a double bed (140 X 190) and a storage cupboard. The other one has 2 single beds (90 > 190) that can be put together to make a big bed. You will find a storage cabinet.
The shower room has a sink and a piece of furniture below it, a shower, a mirror cabinet and a shelf. The wall-mounted toilets are separated.
You can find a 4m2 storeroom in the entrance with everything you need for cleaning (vacuum, broom, etc.) and storing your luggages or bikes
Owners provide you, free of charge:
- The bed linen
- Hand towels, flannel and bath towels
- Tea towels, washing-up liquid and a new sponge.
They are available for “customisable” arrivals. They can, if necessary, come and pick you up at the train station.
