This converted stable is now a 62 m2 gîte facing south and overlooking an enclosed private courtyard. Tall ceilings, exposed beams, and an ideal haven of peace for a short break near Angers or a longer stay! Designed for 4 people, the gîte has a 140 cm bed in the first bedroom, equipped for a person with reduced mobility, and two 80 cm twin beds in the second. Each bedroom has its own toilet and bathroom. You can stroll through our vegetable garden and the nearby Saint-Nicolas Park. Bikes can be kept in the garage and you will find a pump and basic tools for repairs. Out of consideration for the other visitors, the gardeners' gîte is non-smoking and unfortunately pets are not accepted.
