Le Bosquet restaurant

The restaurant of the eponymous hotel is one of the most famous dining venues in Ponts-de-Cé, well beyond the strict borders of the neighbouring town of Angers. In addition to its superb terrace with views of the Louet, it's a place full of charm with an elegant, inviting decor, enhanced by large windows overlooking the surrounding greenery. Chef Régis Legain offers top-of-the-range cuisine, mixing tradition and innovation, which gives pride of place to noble products and revisits the classics. So you'll find a croque-monsieur with foie gras and mushroom as a starter for lunch, as well as bar from the Breton coastline, cucumber and fennel tartare, lemon cream and French caviar on the Loire menu, or a banana soufflé and acai berries or millefeuille with pear poached in mulled wine and bergamot mousse. When the weather is fine, the establishment opens La Cabane, an extension to the main restaurant with an open-air dance cafe feel, located right on the water's edge.
