Through an eco-responsible approach aimed at 100% local, fresh, seasonal products and wines carefully selected by sommelier Thomas Picoche, formerly of the Ducasse group: all the ingredients are brought together to produce a wonderful dining experience. In a setting with a distinctive Angers character, with exposed slate and tuffeau stones, the dishes served up are as enjoyable as they are creative. In the kitchen, the chef brings out the best of his products and offers sometimes unexpected compositions, like a dessert combining dark beer and chocolate. The cooking is perfect, the products excellent and the presentation of equally high quality. Enough to satisfy the most demanding taste buds!
