You will like as a starter the artichoke heart with confit shallots and its soft-boiled egg, with its asparagus emulsion, then the roasted fillet of gilthead bream, with a Berry green lentil mousseline, small vegetables and green lemon tarragon emulsion. You can finish your meal with one of the signature desserts of the chef, the Caramelia Breizh: a candied apple soft biscuit, with creamy Dulce caramel, light mascarpone mousse and green apple sorbet.
